Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using withhealthandgratitude, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including free-tier visitors, paid subscribers, and API integrators. We update them periodically — continued use after updates means acceptance. Last updated: 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use the withhealthandgratitude undress AI tool only for lawful purposes. You must not upload images of minors, non-consenting individuals, or any content prohibited by applicable law.

Prohibited Activities

Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling access to the platform is strictly forbidden. You may not use automated bots to submit images unless you hold an active Elite API subscription.

Violations result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, software, and platform code remain the exclusive property of withhealthandgratitude. You own the images you upload. Output images are licensed to you per your active plan tier.

Limitation of Liability

withhealthandgratitude is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.

We make no guarantees regarding output accuracy for every image. Results depend on source photo quality, resolution, and lighting conditions.

Third-Party Services

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Storage infrastructure runs on encrypted cloud providers. These third parties operate under their own terms, which we recommend reviewing.

Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. However, no system is completely immune to breaches. Users accept residual risk by using the platform.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Submit a deletion request via your account settings or by emailing info@withhealthandgratitude.

Changes to Terms

withhealthandgratitude may revise these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers via email at least 7 days before significant changes take effect. Effective from 2026.
